1. Scope and Contract Partner

These Terms of Service (ToS) apply to the use of the Sheetless.ai platform and all related services. The contract partner is Sheetless.ai GmbH, based in switzerland.

By registering and using our services, you acknowledge these ToS as binding.

2. Service Description

Sheetless.ai offers a cloud-based CRM solution with AI-powered features for sales teams. Our services include:

  • Visual Pipeline Management
  • AI-based Lead Scoring and Forecasting
  • Comprehensive Contact Management
  • Analytics and Reporting

3. Registration and User Account

Registration is required to use Sheetless.ai. You commit to:

  • Provide truthful and complete information
  • Keep your access credentials confidential
  • Inform us about changes to your data

4. Usage Rights and Obligations

Upon registration, you receive a non-transferable, revocable right of use. You commit to:

5. Data Protection and Security

We take the protection of your data very seriously. All data is hosted exclusively in switzerland and meets the highest security standards:

6. Pricing and Payment Terms

Current prices can be found on our pricing page. The following payment terms apply:

  • Monthly or annual billing available
  • Payment due: 14 days after invoice date
  • 14-day free trial available

7. Termination

The contract can be terminated by either party with 30 days' notice to the end of the billing period. Extraordinary termination for important reasons remains unaffected.

Note: After termination, all data will be permanently deleted after 90 days. We recommend exporting your data before contract termination.

8. Liability and Warranty

We guarantee 99.9% availability on annual average. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, as far as legally permissible.

In case of outages, you will receive corresponding service credits according to our SLA agreement.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to adjust these Terms of Service as needed. Changes will be communicated to you by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
